Eastern Arthurs and Federation Peak

Rising up from the rugged Eastern Arthurs Ranges in the Southwest National Park, Federation Peak was referred to by famed mountaineer Sir Edmund Hillary as ‘Australia’s only real mountain’ and has long been considered a bucket-list destination for keen adventurers.

Access as an out-and-back trip to Federation Peak from the Farmhouse Creek trailhead takes from 3 to 5 days with spectacular scenery providing an amazing backdrop to the bush-camps along the way.

Transport to and from the trailhead can be tricky to organise, so let The Tasmanian Adventure Company take care of the logistics so you can relax and enjoy immersing yourself in one of the most unique parts of Australia.
